Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered spacious rooms with very large bathrooms, perfect for hosting events or afternoon tea. However, cleanliness could have been better considering the price paid. The service was excellent, making us feel warmly welcomed and cared for. The location was industrial without driving but convenient with a variety of dining options nearby and easy GPS access. The dining choices were lovely, although we couldn't fully enjoy them due to being full from the previous night. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers a mix of experiences with excellent modern rooms and facilities in the new part contrasting with more variable amenities in the older building section. The service stands out as the highlight, with incredibly helpful and friendly staff making the stay enjoyable despite some room issues. The location, while beautiful, may pose challenges for guests with limited mobility. Dining experiences vary, with some aspects to improve, yet the overall service and surroundings make for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is located within an industrial estate, providing a quiet atmosphere but may not suit everyone's taste. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a convenient layout despite being up two flights of stairs. The service from the manager and staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The dining experience offers a mix of delicious dishes but may have some inconsistencies. The location is ideal for easy access to the Telford International with lovely grounds, even though it's within an industrial estate.
